  optical Brightening Agents BA Specification: Appearance Light Yellow Even Powder Strength Epual to Standard Product 100 Color Shade Similar to Slightly Water ≤5% Content of Water-Insoluble Impurities ≤0.5% Fineness(180mesh) ≤10% Characteristics: This product is freely soluble, acid-resistant, alkali resistant, with the whitening effect much better than VBL at pH 4.5-7 Belonging to anionic type and it can go through water bath with nonionic surface-active agents. Application: Mainly applied to the whitening for paper pulp, suface sizing, coating, also applied to the whitening of cotton, linen and fiber as well as cellulose fabrice, and to the brightening of light-cellulose fabrics. Usage: In paper In pulp paper: Add BA before cation resistance, Rate of use is 0.05-0.4%(w/w, calculated in dry base). In sizing: dissolve in water, add it in any stage of preparing the coating as solution. In coating: use in combination with CMC, PVA, starch, Anionic or weak cationic sizing agent. In dyeing and printing: Rate of use: 0.05-0.4%(o.w.f), bath ration: 1:20-40, alum: 5-20g/L, dyeing at room temperature, temperature: 60-100°C, PH: 7-9 Packaging & Storage: 50kg paper drum or iron drum lined in plastic bag, avoid light, transport as non-hazardous if interested, pls call directly to +86-15958136613 for Miss Gloria xu (24hours on service)
