  SWD303 series casting polyurethane rigid foam is one of the polyurethane rigid foam system developed by SWD Urethane Co., USA in the 1990s. SWD303 series is two components rigid polyurethane foam material with low viscosity, low density and closed cell. Based on F141B or all-water foaming technology, this product specially designed for architecture decoration, furniture, exquisite crafts, oil painting frames and exemplar, etc. It appears so like wood but lighter than wood and easy processing. It is an ideal alternative to wood, gypsum, plastic and other materials. With low liquid viscosity, good casting filling performance, homogeneous density, nice appearance and high dimensional stability which can be used as various decorative treatment. It has good stripping performance, low cost and good economic efficiency. This material has been certified by UL fire safety standards. 2.
