  Descriptions             Villa with all wood structure is very popular in US, it uses mainly the regular timber without special treatment except some special parts. To avoid them being rotten or damaged by worms, it requires some protection to be done, especially those part exposure to the air. SWD Urethane Co., (USA) developed one component anticorrosion and protection varnish. It is a kind of colorless transparent product with super anti-corrosion, waterproof, and insect prevention properties, and with excellent decoration functions it has been the primary choice of wood structure protection and decoration.

                                                                                  

  Characteristics            High performance one component polyurea PU cures through absorption and reaction with air moisture. There are biuret bonds, urethane bond and hydrogen bond in the molecule structure. It has excellent mechanical and physical properties. In addition, it has outstanding comprehensive properties of chemical mediator resistance such as acid, alkali, salt, oil, also with good waterproof, mildew and insects and termites prevention. The film of coating is flat and shining, dense, and rigid, with high adhesive strength, wear resistance and impact resistance, and with super aging resistance, no dust, no crack, and no peel done.
