  Hydrophilic silicon oil CH-500 CONC Main Composition Epoxy modified organosilicon emulsion Technical Index Appearance: light yellow ropiness liquid PH value (1% water solution): 5.0-6.0 Ionicity: nonionic Active content: 80% Dissolubility: could be soluble in water Properties and Features 1. Impart fabric with excellent fullness, softness and hydrophilic. Has good antistatic behaviour and sopping, which can reduce fluff and pilling of fabric. 2. Self-emulsify, no breaking of emulsion and floating oil. 3. Low yellowing. Applications It is used in polyester, cotton, and other blends fabric. . Usage Solution: 1:5-10, method: mixing according to the ratio of water and hydrophilic silicon oil. 1). Exhausting process: 1-3% (o.w.f), 10-30 min under room temperature and then dehydration, fluff. 2). Padding process: 10-30g/l, one dip one rolling (or two dip two rolling) Package & storage 1. Package: 125kg/paper drum 2. Storage: at least 12 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
