  Nonionic softener flake CH-807  Main Composition High fatty acid dericative  Technical Index Ionicity: Nonionic Appearance: solid flakes with light yellow PH: 6.0-8.0  Properties and Features 1. Suitable for any bleached fabric, yarn, and no yellowing. 2. Not containing formaldehyde, APEO and other not environmental material. 3. NO yellowing, no flare. 4. Make cotton and blends much softer and fluffier after washing. 5. No Sticking and good compatibility with other auxiliaries, like optical brightener, fixing and so on.  Applications 1. Used for finishing process for cotton, silk, wool, polyester and its blends fabric. 2. Process: Make 6-10% solution, mixing 2 hours in 50-70℃，filtering and then it make to be emulsion. Exhausting: 10% content emulsion, dosage: 3-8% (o.w.f) Padding: 10% content emulsion, dosage: 20-50g/l Note: 1. Should use normal temperature tap water to be diluted 2.Please use it under PH 4.0-11.0  Package & storage 25kg paper bag
