  Optical Brightening Agent DBT Chemical name Stilbene derivative Structural formula Specification Appearance: White powder Fluorescent Color: Similar to the standard sample Whitening strength: 100±3( compared with standard sample) Moisture: ≤6% Ionic character anionic Treating process: Exhausting whitening process: DBT: 0.05-0.3% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1:5-30, dyeing temperature: 40°C -100°C; Na2SO4:0-10g/l, start temperature :30°C , heating rate:1-2°C /min, keep the temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30°C --> wash-->dry( 100°C ) --> setting (120°C -150°C )×1-2 min( add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect). Use: Mainly be used as brightener of cotton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber, wool and paper. Package: It is packed in 20Kgs paper board bucket.
