It can also regulate and promote the synthesis and construction of nerve cells, glial cells and vascular wall structure of cell membranes, fighting the nerve cells damage caused by excitatory amino acids and free radicals, which support the survival of these cells, enhance the activity, postpone death, increase cell resistance to injury, regeneration and repair, promote neurite re-growth and improve neural control of vascular function, play a role in resistance to hardening of the arteries. 2.Cytidine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt is used as a therapeutic agent to improve brain metabolism and also as an energy tonic and biochemical reagent.
