  Feature	gamma-cyclodextrin has a greater cavity than beta-cyclodextrin, so the cavity incluse more molecule. and better water solublitly, when at 25 ℃, gamma - cyclodextrin solubility is 25.6 g / 100 ml,and alpha cyclodextrins solubility is 1.27 g / 100ml, beta- cyclodextrins solubility is only 1.88 g / 100ml.  Gamma - cyclodextrin application prospect is more vast than beta cyclodextrin, but at the moment due to the small scale of production, the price is higher, limiting the application of the promotion.
