• Product description :

  It is an excellent high temperature dye carrier and repairing agent, which greatly improve the diffusing rate of disperse dye on the polyester to be level and penetrating dyeing. Thus the dye defects are largely reduced. It can also be used to repair the dye defects such as color spot, color staining and bonded oligomer.

  Application Properties:
  1. as repair agent: based on damage of the dyed cloth
  normally 1-6g g/L, 130ºC for 30-60 mins.
  2. as stripping agent: soda ash or liquid alkali, to improve color removing effect,
  based on hand fee. Normally 3-6g/L, soda ash 3-5g/L, 130ºC for 30-60mins.
  3. as levelling agent: 0.25-0.8g/L
  to solve the problem of inconsistent and uneven dyeing due to the different dyeing properties of fibers resulting from spinning process.

  Packing and Storage:
  50kg or 125kg per plastic drum. Keep in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Shelf time: 6 months.

  Notice: use cold water to dilute it before adding in dye bath. Donot add directly in high temperature.
