• Product description :

  It is a special textile softening finishing agent developed by advanced organic silicone block modification technology. With brand-new block modification structure and doubly-modified functional groups, it makes fabrics with a bulky and silk-like hand feeling. It can be used together with fluorine finishing agent to greatly improve hand feel of fabric while do no harm to the functions of water, oil and stain proof. It is for a variety of fibers, such as cotton, wool, viscose fiber, artificial fiber, etc, with more smooth hand feel and less tendency to get yellowing than amino modified silicone softener.

  Properties:
  1．It does not affect the water-proof, oil-proof, stain-proof properties of fluorine finishing agent. 
  2．Can be used together with fluorine finishing agents and anti-crease resins.
  3．Well compatible with general textile auxiliaries, such as cationic softeners, fixing agents, etc. 
  4．Exhibit oft, smooth hand feel and washing resistance. 
  5．Low yellowing, especially good for white, light colored fabric.
  6. Wide applications, easy to use, applicable in padding, impregnation and spraying process.

  Recommended Dosage:
  1. Impregnation(100%)cotton knitted fabric (garment impregnation process)
  Bath ratio: 1/10-1/20
  Dosage: 0.5%-1.0% (o.w.f), depending on exact fabric
  PH: 5.0-6.0 (adjusted by acetic acid)
  Time: 20-30min
  Tempt.: 40ºC
  Dry: dry at 100-130ºC
  2. Padding(100%)cotton organic fabric
  Dosage: 5-10g/L(thin fabric)-4-6g/L(thick fabric)
  Tempt.: 20-25ºC
  Liquid rate: >85%
  One dip one rolling, pre-dry at stretching process(100ºC-130ºC)

  Packing and Storage:
  120Kg per plastic drum lined with PE bag or according to customers' requirements.
  Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight. Shelf time: 1 year.
