| Detailed Description: | Cas No. :20859-73-8 ALUMINIUM PHOSPHIDE Dear Sir, We require Aluminum phosphide tablets in bulk , we have to participate in tender , therefore please provide your competetive rates so that we can win the tender. Specifications: A)The material shall essentially consist of i- Aluminium Phosphide as the only active ingredient ii-a chemical fire retardant and iii- a suitable binding material B) PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: When unpacked the material should be in the form of whole tablets,greyish in colour. The material shall show no evedence of spontaneous combustion when exposed to air. C) CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION: The chemical constituent of ALUMINIUM PHOSPHIDE TABLETS FOR USE IN INDIA SHOULD CONTAIN THE following ingredients only. i) ALUMINIUM PHOSPHIDE content min 56% ii)AMMONIUM CORBONATE max 5% iii)Urea max 17.5% iv)Aluminium stearate max 2.5% v)Edible paraffin wax max 2.5% vi)Aluminium oxide max 16.5% 1- The tablet should not evolve any gas as observed by disintegration of tablets (losing their original shape) up to 30 minutes of their unpacking from the original container. 2- Each tablets when it comes in contact with environmental moisture,shall release 33% of its mass as Phosphin gas. 3) The efficacy of product should remain intact without any reduction of its potency/intensity without its expiry of a minimum period of two years from the date of manufacture. our requirement would be more than 300MT .
