Ethyl orally chloride ,CAS No.4755-77-5 We also require following documents from your side. 1. General information, Specification and properties of material. 2. TSE/BSE certificate[ENSCLOSED] 3. Vendor Questionnaire (VQF) & vendor commitment (VCF)form.[ENCLOSED] 4.. Route of synthesis(ROS). 5.. Residual solvents and control in specification. 6.. Suitable specification having (a) Control of all possible process & degradation impurities with specified limit. (b) Control of chiral impurity ( Un wanted enatiomers), if the compound have chiral centers. (c) Control of other Isomers. (d) Control of all residual solvents used in the process or generated in the process. (e) All other unknown impurities should be controlled at 0.1% level. All above parameters should be part of COA. 7. Suitable Standard Testing procedure(STP) for all controls in the specification. 8. A chromatogram each of blank, system suit & test sample.(Format of MOA attached) 9. Stability data and storage condition, any special instructions to preserve and handle. 10. Brief description of manufacturing process 11. List of solvents and catalysts used in manufacturing process. 12. Process flow chart showing solvents, reagents & catalyst 13.
