We are looking now for; 1 - Acid casein industrial grade - 40 - 45 MT / Year 2 - Acid casein edible grade - 10 - 12 MT / Year Certification Requirements : Health certificate, Analysis Report Packing : 25kg Quantity : 1 x 20FCL The specification of the products we need are mention bellow; Acid casein industrial grade: MESH : 60-90 MESH Protein ( Dry Basis ) : Min. %90 Fat : Max %1,5 Moisture : Max %12 Ash : Max 2% Acidity : Max 35.00 t ph : 4,2-5.00 Viscosity : 1500 Mpa.S Insolubility : Max 0,50ml/g Acid casein edible grade: MESH : 90 - 110 MESH Protein ( Dry Basis ) : Min. %95 Fat : Max %1,5 Moisture : Max %12 Ash : Max 2% Free Acid (aqueous extract) : Max 0,2% ph : 4,4-5.00 If you have similar types of acid caseins, could you please provide me with technical specifications and samples 1kg each.
