Erythorbic Acid is white or little yellow powder and easily soluble in water (a 30% range of soluble) and alcohol. Erythorbic Acid have quality of deoxidization, easily change colour in ray or calefaction. It’ s stable in dry, but easily mutated when it meets with air in water solution. Quality Standard: Erythorbic Acid’ quality is accorded with American Food Chemical Code( F.C.C.) (See attached table).
