At present we are looking for an alternative supplier and have following requirements. 1.Active Matter:99% min ( Food Application) D.S.: 0.8 min Viscosity:5000 cps min, in 1% solution 25 deg Temp, By brookfield, spindle 4, rpm 30 Moisture:Less than 8% pH:6 to 7.5 Particle size:95% passing through 100 mesh NaCl:Not More than 0.50% Perfomance:5% paste of the product should pass easly from 200 mesh.
