  Irrevocable L/C at sight No. 153911011641 ,Dt-26-12-2011, for 25 MT Caustic Soda Pearl 99%(Min) H.S Code:2815.11.00, CAS No. : 1310-73-2 Of My Client’s Bank: PRIME BANK
  LIMITED, MOTIJHEEL BRANCH, MOTIJHEEL C/A DHAKA, BANGLADESH., on favor Of ZHENGZHOU VIDAR WATER INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD., ADDRESS: No.32,AGRI-TECH ROAD, ZHENGZHOU CITY, CHINA, to their Bank: BANK OF CHINA,HENAN BRANCH, ADDRESS OF BENIFICIARY BANK, NO. HUAYUAN ROAD,
  ZHENGZHOU, CHINA, SWIFT NO. : BKCHCNBJ530, A/C NO. OF BENIFICIARY:

  On 14th January, 2012 they loaded the good’s in XINGANG PORT, CHINA
  and sailed for Chittagong, Bangladesh.My Client Received the good's on 28-01-2012.
  
  After getting Caustic Soda
  Consignment My Client Hv. found the good’s are not the Caustic soda Pearl 99%(Min). They found Ash, Cream Color, Dust waste Powder from the Bag’s. Out Of 1000 Bags(25Kg each) they randomly Opened more than 50 Bag’s , And found all the Bag’s are Full Of Ash,cream Color, Dust Waste powder, Nothing else.
  
  Then My Client Complain it to me & I Visited the Whole Consignment and
  Found it is nothing but Ash, cream Color Dust waste powder.
  
  Sir, I Hv. a Prayer to you, you Pls. take Quick Action against "ZHENGZHOU VIDAR WATER
  INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD.", ADDRESS: No.32, AGRI-TECH ROAD, ZHENGZHOU CITY, CHINA . Tell them to replace the 25 MT Caustic Soda Pearl 99%(Min)Or Cash Back My Client's USD12,000.00. I think they Hv.Intentionally done it. They don’t Hv. Any Factory even.
  Otherwise Why Mr.Jackie
  (Marketing Officer & Interpreter) has told me I Saw the good’s
  Genuine Caustic soda pearl 99%(Min) before Placing the Order to the
  factory , But getting the 1 Kg Samples from me he had astronized, he said what they Hv. shown me before placing Order. So, I Hv. understood they Hv. not any Factory Of Caustic soda.
  
  Sir, I Shall be Obliged if you Kindly Tell Zhengzhou Vidar Water to replace My Client’s 25 MT Caustic Soda Pearl 99%(Min)/ Cash Back my Client's USD12,000.00. Now, MY Principal don’t care anybody. Telling nothing to do. And also
  
  Sir, you Pls. take necessary action against them. How dare, they are doing the fraud business in abroad. Sir, Give
  them Punishment by cancelling their Export license. It is required for
  your Country’s reputation’s also

  replacement. Otherwise he will Sue against me in the Civil Court.
