  Description : Erythorbic Acid in
  m.p.164-171 degree. Erythorbic
  Acid is white or little yellow
  powder and easily soluble in
  water (a 30% range of soluble)
  and alcohol. Erythorbic Acid have
  quality of deoxidization, easily
  change colour in ray or
  calefaction. It’ s stable in dry,
  but easily mutated when it meets
  with air in water solution.

  American Food Chemical Code(

  Erythorbic Acid must be stored in
  the warehouse of ventilation, dry
  and shady and cool, and cannot be
  mixed with poisonous. The
  temperature must be not higher
