  - Yearly contract or long term contract by formula price;
  - Consumption per month 5000 MT/month or 60,000MT/year;
  - Grade: Textile;
  - Packing: in bulk;
  - Payment: L/C 90days or 60days after B/L date or T/T 15 days after B/L date;
  - Shipping term: CIF Incoterm 2010;
  - Destination port: Haiphong Vietnam;
