  I'm representing Kazan Synthetic Rubber Plant which is one of the leaders of Russia petrochemical industry located in Kazan, Russia.
  Currently we are in interest of:
  
  Sodium Hydroxide, CAS 1310-73-2
  Demand: 85,5 tones one time only with shipping ASAP.
  
  Sodium Hydroxide should fit at least these criteria:
  Appearance: flakes, white color
  NaOH: no less than 98.5%
  NaHCO3: no more than 0.8%
  Fe2O3: no more than 0.004%.
  
  Please let me know if you can supply it, the price on FOB any Chinese port or/and DAT Dostyk station and terms of sale. I would much appreciate if you could provide
