  We are looking for acceptable supplier of foaming polystyrene (analogue of Russian product PSB-SB-NM-15,20) with the quality similar to the next two grades:
  
  1. Grade A

  * Mass fraction of residual monomer (styrene),% max: 0,07
  * Mass fraction of steam former, % min: 5,0
  * Relative viscosity, min: 1,7
  * Particle size (sieve residue), mm, %:
  3,2, max: 5,0
  0,9, min: 70
  0,4, min: 95
  * Apparent density, kg/m3: 172
  * Breakdown voltage under static curve, MPa, min: 0,06
  * Inflammability time of self burning of foam polystyrene, sec, max: 2
  
  2. Grade B
  * Loss of drying, % max: 1,5
  * Mass fraction of residual monomer (styrene),% max: 0,1
  * Mass fraction of steam former, % min: 4,0
  * Relative viscosity, min: 1,7
  * Particle size (sieve residue), mm, %
  3,2, max: 10
  0,9, min: 65
  0,4, min: 90
  * Apparent density, kg/m3: 172
  * Breakdown voltage under static curve, MPa, min: 0,2
  * Inflammability time of self burning of foam polystyrene, sec, max: 4
  
  The requirement is 1x20扚CL as test lot. If the quality and the price will be acceptable, the requirement will arise.
