  We are looking for acceptable supplier of zinc tetroxy chromate with the quality similar to the next one:
  Mass fracture of zinc compounds calculated against ZnO, %: 68-72
  Chrome compounds calculated against Cr2O3, %: 17-20
  Content of volatile substances,%, max: 1,0
  Insoluble in NH4Cl, %, max: 0,5
  Soluble chromate,%, max: 0,1
  Soluble sulphate, % , max: 0,1
  Soluble chloride, % , max: 0,1
  Wet sieve residues on 0063 mm-mesh, %, max: 0,3
  Oil absorption, g/100g of the pigment: 45-65
  
  The requirement is 15 MT for 1st quarter of 2005. The tender will be on 19th of January and we need to calculate the costs by railway too. Because of this we need to get your offer as soon as possible.
  
  If you are in position of the product please send us your offer including:
  1) your best price on FOB your port (what port?) and CFR Klaipeda, Lithuania;
  2) detailed specification;
  3) packing details;
  4) normal loading of 1x20扚CL;
