Gadolinium Acetateis a moderately water soluble crystalline Gadolinium source that decomposes to Gadolinium oxide on heating. It is generally immediately available in most volumes. Acetates are excellent precursors for production ofultra high puritycompounds and certain catalyst andnanoscale(nanoparticles and nanopowders) materials. All metallic acetates are inorganic salts of ametalcation and the acetate anion.
