When facing the air, the color will turn dark and the speed will even high if under strong sunshine. DEHA is soluble in ethyl, chloroform, benzene and other organic solvent. DEHA is stable under ordinary conditions. It has weak basic reaction with phenolphthalein, litmus; Nontoxic, have no effect to the other product. DEHA can be reduced into diethylamine when react with ozone. DEHA is used as a stabilizer for phenolics, intermediate for pharmaceuticals and water treatment chemicals. It is also used as a raw material of silicon sealant and coating materials.
