Specs:Degreaser / Oil Sledge Remover Payment Method: To be discussed Solva 160 is a heavy duty industrial degreaser formulated using refined, low odor aliphatic hydrocarbons, emulsifiers, surface active agents and performance additives. This product is used for tank cleaning and general purpose degreasing. Solva 160 offers a combination of excellent degreasing power and low residue on drying. The product is not classified as flammable and serves as a safer alternative to most hazardous solvents used throughout the industry. Solva 160 is a single step solution for use on even the most sensitive metals or plastics and in critical applications as well as for general oil and grease removal. Features • High degreasing performance due to excellent detergency, emulsification and surface wetting. • Good corrosion inhibitor with rust prevention properties. • Contains low aromatic hydrocarbons with a flash point over 60C and is not classified as flammable. • Excellent compatibility with metals and most plastics. • Exhibit Antistatic properties. • Suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning systems. Application • Degreasing of machinery, components and assemblies during maintenance and repair. Apply undiluted for removal of oils, greases, machining fluids, hydraulic fluids, and Slug. • Suitable for dip tank, brushing and spraying applications, apply undiluted over soiled surface and rinse off with water after 15-20 minutes. • For tank cleaning the product can be applied at 0.5-5% solution using direct injection or recirculation method. Best results are obtained with hot water between 60-800C • For general degreasing, dilute with water at a ratio 1:10 and spray mixture, allow to stand for 15-30 minutes and rinse off with water. • Suitable for pre cleaning prior to NOT testing or inspection and final cleaning prior to welding, painting, bonding or coating. • De-watering wet surfaces to remove water from components and electrical systems. |
