Description
TH5003 is formulated with a variety of additives such as superior antioxidant and antirust, etc. It is a transparent liquid, and no suspended substances. The hydraulic oil blended with TH5003 possesses good properties of antioxidation, anti-rusting. The oil can be used for hydraulic system and also as the lubricant oil of universal machine tool. Applications The hydraulic oils of N32, N46, N68, complying with the quality standard of GB11118.1-94L-HL, are prepared as follows: add 1~20mg/kg T901 antifoam agent into GroupⅠorⅡ base oil, and stir the mixture thoroughly under the temperature of 60~75℃, then add in 0.35-0.7% TH5003. Points for Attention 1, The package is a kind of functional additive package, applied by adding with antifoam agent. 2, The recommended temperature for blending of oil is 60-75oC. 3, The temperature of heating steam for transferring and blending should not exceed 110oC. |
