100% leavening agent EH-674 is special silicone complex material, designed to improve finishing fabric soft, bulky feel. Particularly suitable for variety of sweater flexible style for finishing.
Features and Benefits ☆ Excellent effect for improving finished fabric softening bulky feel; ☆ A certain amount of increase in depth effect to fabric. ☆ Good compatibility, can use with variety of ionic softeners; ☆ Excellent soft, delicate, style of gentrification to finishing fabrics. ☆ Excellent permeability, and can uniformly adsorb inside of fiber and surface, forming soft, flexible transparent film.。 Basic traits Appearance: massive Solid content: 100% Ion: nonionic pH: 6.0 - 7.0 (1% solution) Solubility: miscible with water in any proportion Applications Leavening feel finishing of knitted, woven fabric, non-woven felts for various fiber; Reference usage This product is used to improve soft feel of fabric, and wool mercerized smoothing agent mixed use, to enhance finished fabric grade. Suggested formula: 1. Dissolved: It is recommended that directly dilution use, after dilution should use as soon as possible 2. Dosage: Padding: Recommended 10 - 40 g/l, depends on fabric and applications. Fiberfill Finishing: recommended amount of 0.2% - 0.8% containing silicon Packing 25kg/carton. Storage Cool and ventilated warehouse, storage period is 12 months; winter should prevent frozen |
