Properties Appearance yellow or light yellow transparent liquid
Density 1.070±0.005 PH 7-8 Sulfur % 21.5±0.5 Flashing point ℃ 100min Viscosity(20℃、CPS) 11.5±0.5 Soluble in benzene, acetic acid, ethyl ester, insoluble in water. Application In rubber industry, it can improve properties of white canborblack and other inorganic filler in the rubber matrix and vulanized rubber. Suitable types of rubber:natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, nitrilerubber, neoprene, EPDM, butyl rubber, butyl halogenated rubber etc. Modify features: reduce the viscosity of colloidal, improve mobility, improve the size accuracy of the product. Increase the interaction between the filler and the raw rubber, increase reinforcing properties,such as improve the tensile strength and tear strength of vulcanizates, reduce the wear volume, permanent compression set, higher density of sulfur,improve the heat resistance, reduce heat and improve the product heat. Rubber Products: Tires: radial tires, OTR tire tread,solid tires. Shoes: Light-colored rubber shoes。 Industrial Products: rubber roller, rubber of belt’s outer, color cover rubber of wire, cable insulation coated rubber。 Package 20Kg,50Kg,100Kg/plastic lined iron drum or plastic drum This product will lose effectiveness encountering with water, close the barrel cap tightly after use, avoid contact with water vapor. According to user’s needs, can also be supplied as solid pellets. |
