4, 4'-Diaminodiphenyl ether, 4, 4'-Oxydianiline, 4, 4'-Oxybisbenzenamine; Bis(p-aminophenyl)ether, Molecular formula: C12H12N2O Molecular weight: 200.24 UN-No.: 3077 CAS registry no: 101-80-4 EINECS registry NO: 202-977-0 Physical property: The product is a grey-white or white crystal powder. The product has excellent physical stability and chemical stability. It can dissolve in the DMAC(N, N-dimethylacetamide), DMF (N. N-dimethyformamide)organic solvent, but it doesn't dissolve in the water, it dissolves in the ethyl alcohol slightly, it can dissolve dilute hydrochloric acid. Application domain: 1. ODA as one of the important raw material of polyimide film, polyetherimide, aromatic polyamide which are belong to new type special engineer plastics material. 2. ODA as also the synthesis material of tetramino phenyl ether. 3. ODA also as the cross linking agent and raw material of epoxy resin and polyurethane 4. ODA can take place of the benzidine which produces the azo dye, reactive dyes and aromatics. Using the ODA as the raw material we have developed all kinds of direct dye, such as bright red, brilliant red, sand red, yellowish brown, green, grey, blue, brilliant yellow, black. It used for the dye of silk, hair, cotton, ephedra. Its color fastness and the use of dye are better than the dye of benzidine |
