Physical and chemical property: In the standard state as a white flaky crystal, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in alkali, soluble in ethanol, also soluble in methanol, acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, can be subjected to hydrogenation reaction, there was a slight smell of phenol, toxic the relative density (114 ℃, molten) 0.908; boiling point 239.8ºC; flash point 97ºC; ignition point at about 355ºC; viscosity (cp100ºC) 3.00.

Applications: This product is used for polycarbonate resins, tert-butyl phenolic resin, epoxy resin-modified, modified xylene resin, PVC stabilizer, also used as a UV absorber, pesticides, rubber, paint and other anti-cracking agents, lubricants antioxidants, dispersants, lubricants, detergents, Combustion and styrene stabilizers, dyes and paint additives and industrial de-worming agent.
