The treatment agent used for improving acid dyes and reactive dyes on nylon, wool fabric dyeing wet and dry rubbing fastness.

Compatibility with cationic products needs determination Dosage NBO-8 can be applied to exhaustion process and continuous process. Light-color exhaustion process: 1 ~ 2%o.w.f Continuous process: 10 ~ 30 g/l Neutral color Exhaustion process: 2 ~ 3%o.w.f Continuous process: 20 ~ 40 g/l Deep color Exhaustion process: 3 ~ 4%o.w.f Continuous process: 30 ~ 40 g/l Application method Acid dyes nylon fabric does not have ideal wet fastness, especially in neutral color and dark color fabric. NBO-8 add into dyeing dye bath as concentration of 1.0% -1.5% owf, at 80 ℃ for 5-10 minutes, adjust PH <= 5.5 (if necessary, adjust with acetic acid). Before fabric rinse, heat preservation at 80 ℃ continue for 15 minutes. NBO-8 can also at 30 ℃ feed add into new rinse bath, pH value is 4.0-4.5 (acetic acid), operation for 15 minutes, heat to 80 °C, keep warm for 15 minutes, follow by rinsing. Note NBO-8 amount of adsorbed depends on pH value, temperature and type of polyamide, PH value less than 5, and temperature higher than 70 ℃, can get the best results. When dye in dye bath almost completely exhaustion and suitable PH value, NBO-8 treatment in dye bath tank. Calico solid color: Calico steam 100 ℃×30min Washing paa40 1g/l Soaping paa40 1g/l Washing Post-processing NBO-8 4 ~ 8 g/l Acetate pH = 4 60 ℃×15min Washing Solid color and soft with bath: After fixation to get the soft effect, treat fixing agent with specific softener. NBO-8 50 g/l LY-80% 10～20g/l Removal method: Fixing colored cloth color retouching, color correction, and receded NBO-8 as follows: Ammonia or sodium carbonate 2%.o.w.f DRN 0.5%o.w.f Accelerate even receded fixing agent, in order to repair color or re-dyed |
