In post-treatment bath, if non-ionic additives exist, will cause precipitation to detriment OK-N35 effect (available dispersing agent wash before fixative, can prevent exception occur). Dyed materials after projecting, have to do PU coating or cover film, then not do OK-N35 solid color process, otherwise it will affect their sticky cloth effect. Nylon cotton OK-N35 after handling feel thicker, have an impact on its textile jobs. So dye only select wet fastness dye, not do solid color processing. Fixing standard operating: first diluted acetic acid into bath, pH adjust to about 4.5, OK-N35 dissolved with hot water (above 80 °C), and pour into dosing tank, control temperature at 50-60 ℃, then OK-N35 dilution dissolve into bath, and at 70-80 °C for 20-30 minutes solid color, solid color and then dry softener wash clean. |
