Acrylic Processing Aid, AIP 5300 & AIP 9000:
Grade: AIP 5300 & AIP 9000 Characteristics: AIM 5300 and 9000 is a new ultra-high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for rigid PVC and high quality foaming application, it gives the following performance properties: Low torque, faster fusion, high melt strength and expansion. Promotes gelation of PVC, improves hot-melt strength and visco-elasticity, stabilizes the microcells generated by blowing agent to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam. Increase the surface quality of PVC products. Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC. Application: AIP 5300: Low foam products, thin foaming sheet AIP 9000: High foam products, thick foaming sheet Comparable grades: AIP 5300: P - 930, K - 400, PA - 930 AIP 9000: K - 435, K- 440, PA - 630 |
