Product Features
DC-8417 is reactive amino-modified silicone oil concentrated solution, is polylactic dope to prepare silicone oil emulsion. Product technical specifications Appearance: milky white emulsion pH value: about 9 Ionic: cationic water dispersion: full dispersion Application Features DC-8417 is suitable for variety of fiber and textiles impregnated/padding processing, gives soft, drape, elastic feel, applicable to wide range of fabric, such as cotton (CO), polyester fiber (PES), rayon (CV), etc. and their cross-fabric. DC-8417 can improve fabric sewing, wash and wear, easy-care performance and recovery of fold. The effect is durable, washable and dry cleaning. In normal use conditions, whiteness impact for DC-8417 is very small, and shade and color fastness of colored fabric has no negative impact. DC-8417 concentrated emulsion can dilute in simple mechanical stir action to become stable macro emulsions and formulations working fluid. DC-8417 is highly concentrated active ingredients product, lower material costs (transport and storage), and low environmental impact. Also, because it can dilute in any ratio, it has strong flexibility in the preparation of special applications require high grade silicone oil macro emulsions. DC-8417 can use alone, can use with resins or other finishing additive, do compatibility test before using. When use with resin, DC-8417 can improve wrinkle recovery angle, and reduce wear of fabric. Application Process Impregnation process :5-30g/l DC-8417, depends on fabric, drying, styling 150-180 ℃×3-0.5min. Padding process: 0.5% -3.0% DC-8417 depends on fabric, temperature 40 ℃×20 min depends on specific processes and equipment. Typical formula 5-30g/l DC-8417 Or 0.5% -3.0% DC-8417 0.35 g/l acetic acid (98%) Storage methods Avoid sunlight, store in ventilation and cool place. DC-8417 can store under conditions of intact, 25 °C for 8 months. Precautions Do not make DC-8417 expose to air for a long time, and in a timely close over after use. Use before the best cut-off date mark on the label. Does not mean that product is no longer applicable after the best until date, before use should do performance test to ensure their suitability.
