Application:
It is mainly used as the foaming agent of
such baked goods as bread, biscuits, cakes etc. Additionally, it’s also widely
used in chemical and electronic equipment, etc.

Food-grade
ammonium bicarbonate is white powder with specific gravity1.586 and poor thermal
stability, freely soluble in water but insoluble ethanol and
acetone.
Packaging:
Woven sacks with the inner bilayer food plastic bags,
