Item No.: SilibaseDF-8201 Product Introduction: SilibaseDF-8201 Anti Foaming Agent Food Grade implements the requirements of the national standard [GB30612-2014], which is a permethylated linear siloxane polymer prepared by hydrolysis of a mixture of dimethyldichlorosilane and a small amount of trimethylchlorosilane. Polydimethylsiloxane is non-toxic and tasteless, physiologically inert and has good chemical stability. Electrical insulation and weather resistance, good hydrophobicity, can be directly used for moisture insulation, damping, shock absorption, defoaming, lubrication, polishing, etc., widely used as insulation lubrication, shockproof, dustproof, dielectric fluid and heat carrier. And used as defoaming, release agent, paint and daily chemical additives. Physical Properties of SilibaseDF-8201 Anti Foaming Agent Food Grade: ● Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid ● Viscosity (CPS, 25℃): 100-1500 ● Refractive index (25℃): 1.400-1.405 ● Volatile matter (150℃ / 3h): ≤0.5 ● Specific gravity (25℃): 0.964-0.977 ● Lead (mg/Kg): ≤1 Application Industry: Food Additive Packaging Storage: This product is packed in 25KG and 200KG closed plastic drums. It is transported according to general chemicals and stored at room temperature. It is valid for one year. |
