Honest Horse steel grit is available in standard grades conforming to SAE specifications. Honest Horse steel grit has extensive applications in general industry for scale, rust and other surface contaminant removal, deburring or deflashing of castings and cleaning of moulds. Honest Horsesteel grit is also used for creating etched profiles prior to painting or coating. GL Steel Grit, (53-60HRC) GL Super Steel Grit is harder than GP Steel Grit. It loses sharpness during operation and is suited for plate and section preparation. GH Steel Grit, (>60HRC) GH Super Steel Grit has maximum hardness to maintain angularity during operation and provides a constant cutting (etching) action. GH Super Steel Grit is specifically designed for Air Blast Operations. |
