Berberine hydrochloride,also known as Berberine Chloride, is a sort of common pharmaceutical raw materials. It is mainly used in the treatment of bacterial enteritis and diarrhea due to its heat-clearing and detoxicating functions and the bacteriostatic actions. In recent years, it has been found that can be applied to other new fields, such as anti-arrythmia, anti-blood platelet, anti-inflammatory, treating hypertension & diabetes, lowering the cholesterol, etc. It is also widely applied in feed, biopesticide areas and so on.
Berberine hydrochloride is mainly from rhizoma coptidis, golden cypress, barberry and other natural plants, which has advantages in low price, extensive sources, non-adverse reactions, non-drug-resistant, etc.
