Bismuth Vanadate Yellow is an inorganic lead free pigment recommended in applications where high performance is required,due to its very bright shade and high tinting strength .Its heat stability is higher than 260℃ and exhibits good performance of the resistance to solvent,acides,alkalis and sulfur dioxide.Its light fastness and weather resistance are also excellent on full and reduced tones. Bismuth Vanadate produced by Kela Material is Lead-free and Zinc-free, nontoxic. As an innovated and revolutionary process developed by Kela Material technicians has been introduced, a purity of 99% and extra high gloss is achieved for the coating grade. In this process, alcohol is used in the place of water and recycled so it leaves no waste or pollution behind. What is more azaming is that calcination is not employed at all and rather a low temperature is in place, which saves tremendous amounts of power. This makes Kela Material’s Bismuth Vanadate an extra ‘Green’ product.
