This test is designed for field use or reference lab settings. The unique features of the kit are: Rapid strip test method – 3 minutes High sensitivity (80ppb) High reproducibility Procedure Overview The assay uses a double antibodies sandwich colloidal gold based format. The sample is added to the test well to allow the Botulinum Toxin A binding protein on the NC membrane to engage with any Botulinum Toxin A present in the sample. The gold particles conjugated anti-Botulinum Toxin A will bind to the drug that are bind by the Botulinum Toxin A binding protein at the Test line (T-line), forming a signal (red line) at that position. The test is negative if no colored line appears in the T area. Kit Contents, Storage and Shelf Life The REAGEN™ Botulinum Toxin A Strip test has the capacity for 48 deter-minations.
