The CKX52100 Vertical turning and milling Center features
1 CKX52 series of double-column vertical turning and milling center is all closed-loop control of x, z, c three axises linkage, which is suitable for rough and finish process of high speed steel and hard alloy cutting tools, black metal, nonferrous metals and non-metallic parts’ cutting, milling and boring etc.can machining inside and outside the cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, arc surface and inch screw thread etc. 2 Machine tools main base parts and main drive use thermal symmetrical structure, have high Stability,the product design perfect. The workbench with functions of precision indexing and feed ing milling. 3 Left tools holder is boring milling axis,right tools holder is turning tools holder, working table have C axis precision indexing capabilities,when C axis feeding drive,, eliminate drive chain clearance,achieved without clearance feeding.C axis positioning plus-minus 3″. 4 Using the Siemens 840D s1 system . (the other system can be designated by the users ); Servo motor and servo drive all adopt Siemens products,optional automatic machine tool’s tool holder, tool holder location 8-20 bits. 5 All casting use HT300 gray cast iron though the artificial heat aging treatment, high quality processing and perfect assembling process. All of the electrical parts, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts are chosen from the domestic and international famous manufacturers.
