CNC high speed plate drilling machine is composed of mainframe, working table, chip cleaner, hydraulic system & electrical control system etc.
A. Application The machine is mainly used insteel structure drilling in construction, bridge, tower etc., and can be usedin pipe and plate of boiler, petro line, baffle plate and round flange. And themachine can be used drilling through-hole, blind hole, ladder hole, chamfer forhole-end with Max clamp scope 1600×1000mm. B. Characteristics a. CNC slide way drilling spindle (Z axis) with wrokpiece of stroke is pre-set,realized auto switch. It can drill not only through-hole, but also blind-holewith characteristic of high efficiency, simple-structure, low-cost maintenance,easy operation etc. b. This machine the workpiece is tight by hydraulic clamp cards, the operationof the workers with foot switch control, easy to operate, and effort; thelargest single piece of up to 1600×1000mm, small workpieces can be clamped to the four corners of the table,and can significantly shorten the production preparation period, improveproduction efficiency. c. This machine is a total of three CNC axes: gantry mobile (x-axis);drilling power head in the mobile gantry beam (y-axis); of the advance andretreat movement of the spindle (z axis). Each CNC axes using precision linearrolling guide oriented AC servo motor and ball screw drive. The movement isflexible, accurate positioning. d. This machine is more than a splint group, clamping it was easier todesign are taken into consideration when processing circular plate of theboiler industry, hole-intensive, so the work on stage scale steel ruler and asmall support block, according to the work piece position of the hole sizemobile support blocks, to escape the position of the hole. e. CNC adopt SIMENS 808D control, equipped with a host computer tofacilitate the storage and input of the workpiece program, easy to operate. f.
