Description: This series of products integrated Ca/Zn organic acid salt with ternary hydrotalcite, rare earth soap, internal & external lubricants, and efficient auxiliary stabilizers developed by our own company. It contains no heavy metals and has passed SGS testing. It’s a new-generation environment-friendly additive with good heat stability, initial color, lubricating, dispersibility, good weatherability as well as physical properties. Product: Item Features 517A Good heat resistance, weatherability, and good physical properties. (GB standards compliant). 517B Good heat resistance, weatherability, glossiness and initial color, suitable for light products. Reference formulation (e.g. white products): Usage Ingredient Profile PVC 100 Impact modifier 8.0 – 10.0 Processing aid 1.5 – 2.5 TiO2 4.0 Filler 8 – 10 517 series 3.0 – 4.0 Lubricant Appropriate Other additives Appropriate Package: 20Kg per kraft bag, lined with plastic bag. Storage: In cool and draught place, no exposure to rain or sun. Sealed after open. Shelf time: 12 months. |
