2 Part Mill Plates are usually using for mill machine tools, which is produced according to the following technical requirements:
Material: gray cast iron GG25 (HT-250) Machined around the upper edge surface. All machined surfaces deburred. All rough cast surfaces cleaned. Outer surfaces painted according to RAL. Polyurethane structured paint, satin finish. Clamping surface accuracy according to DIN876. T-grooves according to DIN650, finish machined.
