KU-A8 is an efficient complexation dispersant, excellent complexation dispersed ability to calcium, magnesium and heavy metal ion, even at high temperature, strong alkalis and electrolytes also very effective, apply to improving product whiteness and vividness in scouring process.
Features: 1, Direct use groundwater of bleaching and dyeing plant, can prevent effect of high hard water calcium and magnesium ions for each process of bleaching and dyeing, avoid staining anomalous change. 2, Used for desizing, scouring, significantly improve desizing, scouring impurity effect, prevent fiber strength decreased, dosage is 1-6g/L. 3, Used for bleach bath, can prevent oxidation of hole, the same bath with water glass to prevent water glass scaling, dosage is 1-3g/L. 4, Used as dispersion leveling agent in dyeing, can promote dissolution of dye, increasing color yield and vividness, improve levelness, dosage is 1-3g/L. 5, Used for polyester base reduction, effectively prevent redeposition oligomers, improve effect of alkali reduction, dosage is 1-3g/L. 6, Used as reactive dyes soap lotion, prevent floating color back dip, improve soaping effect. dosage is 1-3% (owf), use together with conventional detergent.
