Product Descriptions

These are low-high temperature long life greases, formulated with complex soap, synthetic lubricant fluid, structure modifiers and antioxidants. This product can be added with special anti-wear additives.

Features

 Excellent high-low temperature property assures lubricant pairs working normally at a wide range of temperatures.

 Excellent oxidative stability makes lubricant pairs operate at higher temperature for a long time.

 Outstanding mechanical and colloid stability guarantees grease in lubricant parts not to leak.

 It has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear property, and make bearings work under heavy load.

Applications

These greases are recommended for use in bearings, gears and other parts of transmission machines at low –high temperatures;

The greases are applicable to lubricate engineering machinery, automobile, motor, transmission and other mechanical equipment which work outdoors in cold regions.

Application Examples

This grease has been successfully used in the outdoor motors of a domestic Electric Corporation.

Notes

 Clean the lubricated parts and conduct plastic compatibility test before use.

 Store the products in a cool, dry place, and avoid water and other debris which could affect product quality.

 Recommended temperature range: -60℃ ~ +180 ℃, 200℃ for a short time.
