Specs:25KG/BAG 1) Products features TY-188 rheological agent is a kind of refined clay which is easily dispersible, self-activation organic ammonium modified smectite. It is also the rheological agent of arene, esters, ketones and middle-high polar solvent system’s paint and ink. In xylene esters (such as butyl acetate), xylene ketones(such as cyclohexanol), xylene butanol and other middle-high polar solvent system, no need add activator and can automatically disperse. In 200# solvent oil, white oil (mineral alcohol) and other aliphatic hydrocarbon low polar solvent system, need add activator to help disperse (activator 95% alcohol, 40-50% organic soil weight). TY-188 is a kind of organic bentonite which is high anti flooding, easily dispersible, high transparency in solvent. 2) Main application TY-188 is a kind of rheological agent which is easily dispersible and broad general type. It is specially suit for middle-high polar solvent coatings, such as xylene, xylene butanol and other solvent system. Apply to anti-corrosion paint, marine paint, industrial decorative coating, and automobile priming caking and sealing material, nano material and so on. |
