Payment Method: T/T or L/C Introduction It is chloridized by HDPE.Due to the molecule of CPE does not contain double bond, it has excellent weatherability, anti-flaming and wide application. It is non-toxic white powder. It has rubber-like properties because of hydrogen atom was replaced by Chlorine atom, it turns soft like rubber by breaking the crystallinity of HDPE in this way. Meanwhile, because of the exist of Chlorine atom, makes the CPE becomes to be polar polymers and have the same polar group, it can increase the intermiscibility of PVC, and mixed with PE, PS and rubber to improve the physical properties. Properties 1, Excellent aging resistance, can be used in bad weather and harsh environment, Has good resistance to ozone; 2, Excellent flame retardant, no spontaneous combustion; 3, Excellent low temperature toughness, can maintain flexibility in - 20 ℃, mainly used as impact modifier for PVC; 4, Excellent resistance to chemicals, inert to most chemicals, All kinds of acid and alkali corrosion resistance; 5, Good processability, easy processing and molding; 6, Excellent use of security, will not produce adverse effects on the human body and the surrounding environment; 7, Excellent stability. Types and application CPE has dual property of plastics and rubber, good compatibility with them, mainly used together with plastic and rubber. CPE 135A mainly used as impact modifier when it use together with plastics, to improve the impact toughness and low temperature performance of UPVC, can used for UPVC window profile, pipe and injection products,etc. CPE 135B and CPE CM series used together with Rubber to improve its flame retardant, insulation, and aging resistance,etc. Packing&Storage Packed in weaved bag, lined with PE bag, 25kg in weight. It should be stored in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. The expiring date is 12 months from the date of produced,but can be used if passed inspection after 12 month. |
