1. Purpose
This kit is used for feed, fish, shrimp and meat organizations (such as chicken, beef and pork), eggs, honey, milk, serum and urine Citrinin Quantitative detection of residues. 2. Principle This kit uses a direct competitive ELISA method in microplate coated with Citrinin coupled antigen, adding Citrinin standard or samples, free Citrinin and pore strips Pre-coated Citrinin conjugated antigen compete against Citrinin antibody enzyme marker color with TMB substrate, stop solution added after the color from blue to yellow, with a microplate reader detection wavelength at 450nm, the sample absorbance value and Citrinin content is inversely proportional to the sample through the standard curve Citrinin content. |
