Composite dry silane（HY-5060） is patented product used for the development of room temperature adhesive products. The product has no side effect to the environment and human body, and it can greatly improve the performance of room temperature adhesive and reduce production cost. The product can substitute for traditional silane coupling agent (KH-550/560) and can be widely used in alcohol type, oxime type and acid type adhesive of silicone room temperature adhesive.
I. Application Effect Used in the production of room temperature adhesive can enhance the tensile strength, elasticity and adhesive strength of adhesive tape. It can substitute for part of the white carbon blacks, to reduce the dosage of 107 base adhesive and reduce production cost. II. Technical Index Property: off-white irregular powder, no odor. Soluble in organic solvents. Melting Temperature: Mini 50°C Decomposition Temperature: 290° Particle Size≥85% Whiteness≥90% Effective Content of Silicon, Carbon and Aluminum, etc.＞80% III. Method of Application: The recommended dosage is 0.5%-1.5% of the total volume. IV. Packing & Precautions Composite bag, net weight 10kg per bag. The shelf life of the product is 6 months, and it should be kept in shading, dry and cool place to protect from damp and heat.
