Quantity: 500Metric Tons Payment Method: TT,LC, negotiable 1, Character: Chromium carbide,Chemical formula Cr3C2,Molecular weight 180.02,Carbon content 13.344%,Density 6.68 g/cm3, Melting point 1890ºC,Boiling point:3800ºC.Chromium carbide is gray powder with rhombic system structure,which is un-dissoluble in water and resistant to acid and alkali .It is high melting-point inorganic material with wear resistance,corrosion resistance and resistance to oxidation at elevated temperature(1000~ 1100ºC),and is expansively used as thermal spray material to protect the metal surface,and as additive to fine the cemented carbide crystal and some other wear-resistant and corrosion—resistant organ as well.Cr3C2 cermet has excellent resistance to oxidation at high temperature.The cermets surface only will darken in some sort after exposed at 980 ºC for 5 hours.However,18-8 stainless steel destroyed obviously and the WC-6Co alloy oxidized entirely at the same condition. At standard conditions it exists as a gray solid. It is extremely hard and corrosionresistant. It is also a refractory compound, which means that it retains its strength at high temperatures as well. These properties make useful as an additive to metal alloys. When chromium carbide crystals are integrated into the surface of a metal it improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the metal, and maintains these properties at elevated temperatures. Application： 1, Used in the production of abrasion resistance film and semiconductor film 2, Used for chromium carbide ceramics.Coarse grain chrome carbide as melt-blown material in the formation of molten metal and ceramic surface spray coating line, giving the latter such as wear-resisting, heat resistant, corrosion resistant performance, widely used in aircraft engines and petrochemical mechanical device, in order to improve the mechanical life.Also used in semiconductor film spray system. 3, Also can use in Plasma gas spraying, supersonic flame spraying 4, Also used in producing ultra-fine grain cemented carbide, which could make cemented carbide with high hardness, wear resistance, high strength and toughness. |
